Connection, Love, Conversation, & Transformation

Root & Rise:
Relationship Growth Beyond the Therapy Office

You might not be ready for counseling — but you know your relationship could use a boost.

That’s exactly why we created Root & Rise, a guided online course designed to help you and your partner strengthen your connection, improve communication, and rediscover closeness at your own pace.
Each week, you’ll gain practical, real-world relationship skills based on what we see working every day in our counseling sessions. These are not quick fixes or surface-level tips — they’re lasting habits that help couples stay connected, even through life’s challenges.

Root & Rise is more than just lessons — it’s a journey toward lasting connection, guided by experienced relationship therapists who believe that every couple can grow closer with the right tools. If you’re ready to take the next step toward a stronger, more connected relationship, this is the perfect place to start.

Who We Are

We created this course because we believe relationships deserve space, compassion, and real, practical skills—not pressure, perfection, or guesswork. As therapists who have spent years supporting couples and individuals, we’ve seen firsthand how small shifts in understanding and communication can change everything.

But we also know that not everyone is ready for therapy, needs therapy, or has access to it.

So we built something different. Something more accessible, more conversational, and more human.

In this program, we’re not here as your therapists.

We’re here as guides—two people who care deeply about helping you feel more connected, more understood, and more empowered in your relationships.

Through honest conversations, simple tools, and weekly reflections, we hope to make relationship growth feel less overwhelming and more doable…
one small step at a time.

From in-depth courses to exclusive content, these resources are made to move with you—and move you forward.

Practical Skills for Stronger Relationships

We break things down into simple, manageable parts so you never feel overwhelmed. As you progress, you’ll develop both skill and self-assurance, one step at a time.

Break the Conflict Cycle

Each lesson is designed to equip you with useful strategies you can immediately put into action. It’s about learning with purpose and seeing real results.

Gain Practical Tools

Through thoughtful examples and guided exploration, you'll learn to approach obstacles with fresh eyes. This course is about unlocking flexibility, not following formulas.

Understand What’s Beneath the Reaction

Whether you're starting out or revisiting the basics, you'll solidify core concepts while expanding into new territory. There’s room here to both grow and go deeper.
